Q1: Can I order only one bounce house from Tonle?
A: yes, we accept 1 set order, but the shipping cost + tax will almost same or more than product price, whatever we choose shipment by sea, by air or by express, that means your final total cost (price+shipping+tax) will at least double current price, (eg: one bounce house 750USD, shipping+tax will be 690USD, your final cost will 1440USD.
Usually, we recommend to purchase over $3000USD, we can send cargos by boat, the shipping cost + tax will also around 1000USD. (eg: you buy 4 set 750USD bounce house, total cost is 750*4+1000=4000USD, your final cost is only 1000USD per set), so, the more inflatables you buy together, the more less shipping cost and tax you pay.

Q2: Can I place order online or use credit card?
A: Absolutely you can, but our official website not support, you need to contact us first, we will creat online order though our Alibaba store, you can also directly pay with credit card.

Q3: Can't ship to my location? 
A: Please contact our salesman to confirm whether the shipping company provide door to door service for your address, and calculate the total shipping cost and customs tax. 
 
Q4: Where are you located?
A: We are a direct manufacturer based in Zhengzhou, China, our main market is the U.S, Australia, and Europe, global orders accepted.
 
Q5: Production time and delivery time? 
Production time around 7-35 days depends on order quantity and delivery is around 20-35 days by boat.
 
Q6: Are the inflatables commercial grade? 
A: Yes, we export commercial inflatables to rental businesses worldwide, we don't rent/ sell to households.
 
Q7: How much can I save if I order oversea from Tonle? 
A: Compared to the local re-sellers, you are going to save at 30%~100%. (take freight, duties and port charges into account)

A: Our factory price is very low and transparent to every customer, basically we don’t offer discounts.

A: Yes, it comes with EN14960 certificate and all inflatables are tested by inspectors before delivery. SAFETY is our first policy.
 
Q12: Do I need to pay port charges and duties?
A: Yes, you will pay them on arrival. We will give you an estimated cost in advance.  
 
Q13: Can I custom my own inflatable?
A: Yes, design your own inflatables with Tonle using different colors, materials, and sizes. 
 
Q14: Do you have a distributor in our country?
A: We don't have any distributors. You will get products directly from the factory without a distributor adding margins.
 
Q15: Any idea how much the final total would be? 
A: Yes, here is an example of 5 bounce houses shipped by sea to New York, USA,
- Cost of 5 bounce houses: $650 x 5 = $3250 
- Freight: $300
- Port charges and duties on arrival: $700
- Final total $4250
Please keep in mind, freight varies according to your location and the weight of the items ordered.

Q16: What else thing I should notice during the oversea purchase? 
A:  1.shipment, confirm the cargo is only delivery to seaport/ Airport, you need to pick up it by self, or delivery to your address.
2. tax and customs fee, confirm the quotation include customs fee & tax or not.
3. size, confirm the size is inflated outside measurement, and deviation within 20cm.
4. blower, confirm price is include blower or not.
5. confirm the real product with factory background, because there are some supplier use the Google copy picture on their website, but they never produce it before. You can also check out their real product design level, looks nice or ugliness, an unique and nice design inflatables will attract more and more customer pay for rental, no body would like to hire an ugliness design product, you have to put it in warehouse, that will be also big lost for you, right ?
